Canada: Haven For Criminals Entering From The United States

[ send me this term paper ]
6 pages in length. Canada is a country running amuck with criminals who have gained entry via the United States, and no one is doing anything about it. In fact, the political faction is most to blame for Canada becoming a safe haven for the likes of terrorists, murderers and Chinese pirating operations. It is not as though government officials are unaware of the presence of such unsavory residents but rather that Canada's immigrant population carries a tremendous voice in election results, and politicians are not eager to lose voters. Moreover, excessively lax border patrol policies make it all but child's play for anyone to enter from America, even - and perhaps in spite of - that person having a warrant or criminal record in another country.
