implementation of a neural network designed to increase the informational network's reliability.
The purpose of the neural network is to "learn" patterns of abnormalities present before a network
outage that are not discernible by humans. The recommendation here is for implementation of the
superficial neugent model that only alerts humans of unacceptable conditions. The initial network
needs to be scalable so that other features can be accessed at a later time, enabling the company to
use other features that can result in greater employee productivity as well as greater network
