This 15 page paper provides an analysis of the Federal Arbitration Act as it relates to international arbitration and commercial dispute resolution. This paper pretends that the author is a leading authority on international commercial dispute resolution who has been appointed to head a federal task force to study the manner in which the Federal Arbitration Act can improve the treatment of international commercial disputes.
