8 pages in length. The overflow of social, economic and political tension that permeated throughout the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries culminated in one of history's most explosive crossing points where racial unrest is concerned. The 1919 Chicago Race Riot was the direct result of myriad causes that, when all combined, reflected a wholly unstoppable synergistic rage that manifested in an historical onslaught between blacks and whites. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
