deep and offensive thorns. Pre-Islamic culture in Egypt, Syria and Iran experienced significant opposition with regard to the issues related to the rise and subsequent rapid spread of Islam. There was nothing left untouched with regard to the affect of Islam: food, clothing, social customs, art, literature and anything else that played an
integral role in a person's life was significantly altered by Islamic intervention. Arabic lettering assumed the job of expressing the native dialect; in fact, such customary usage of the Arabic language had become especially widespread as to be fully adopted by Egypt, Syria and Iran.
