a lifetime. So why aren't more women entering into
non-traditional careers? Vocational educators are striving to
recruit more girls into their trades programs, and the federal
government wants employers to hire more women into their skilled
trades positions as well. This is because women are
approximately forty-five percent of the workforce but fifty-seven
percent of the people in poverty. And they are only two percent
